Q. Does the Data, calls and texts work in all the 71 destinations? 

  1. Important Information:

    Regarding our Three Sim Cards especially the AIO 20 and 15 range. You can use data in any of the 71 destinations freely.

  2. However, calls and texts can only be used within the EU and UK. For example: if you purchased the AIO 20 or 15 for your travels to the USA, you can only use the allocated data, as the unlimited calls and texts would not work!

Q. Can I use my minutes to call Australia when in Europe?

  1. The allocated calls and texts within our AIO 20 and 15 bundles can only be used to contact other numbers within the EU and UK. Please note you cannot use the minutes or texts to contact Australia as it is classified as an international. If you wish to contact Internationally from any of the 71 destinations you can successfully do this using service’s such as WhatsApp, Facebook messenger and Viber, however this will use up your data.
