Great idea because 60 day SIMS are hard to find. But they don’t communicate and the SIM never worked. They quoted 10 days delivery. The SIM had not arrived after 15 days. There is no phone number to call so I tried to message them using the chat on their website. It didn’t work at all. Got a server error for 3 days of trying. So I emailed them to see when the SIM might be delivered. No reply to the email. It was getting close to my departure date so I contacted my bank and they refunded the payment immediately. The SIM arrived a week later. I tried contacting them again to return the payment but again got no reply. I tried to use theSIM but it had been cancelled and did not connect in Europe. I suggest you use a company that has a phone contact.

Terrible experience. Bought two 60 day SIMs, one worked for the first 30 days and then did not reactivate for the second 30 day period. Second SIM only started to work after 3.5 weeks when we arrived in the UK. Had no service at all in Europe. Now, we cannot get the next 30 days on this either. I have sent numerous emails about this and if I get a response it is not until the next one to two days. I am currently waiting for a response now. I lost 200 Euros from a booking today as having no data meant no maps. We have also had to pay out for other SIM cards so this has been very costly. I asked Eurosim if they could change the one that we have only had a couple of days use of to an eSim but no response. Read the smallprint all, they will not give you money back for cards that dont work. Really really really upset

Not good so far. The SIM does not include a number. I don't get it until the SIM is put into my phone but I need it now to complete registration for my European tour. The card is not activated until the 4th of September, just before I start my tour, which is too late.
