had issues with the card as credit had not been loaded to the SIM. we could not make any phone calls and had to rely on WIFI at Hotels, shopping centres to utilise the phone. we could not rectify the situation until we reached the UK where we had the issue fixed at the 3 store in Southampton. it was disappointing to say the least! we are going overseas again soon and have purchased another SIM card of the same so we hope that we don't have the same issue. EUROSIMS did give us a discount for our inconvience.
