AUSIM CARD USE AND REVIEW
had issues with the card as credit had not been loaded to the SIM. we could not make any phone calls and had to rely on WIFI at Hotels, shopping centres to utilise the phone. we could not rectify the situation until we reached the UK where we had the issue fixed at the 3 store in Southampton. it was disappointing to say the least! we are going overseas again soon and have purchased another SIM card of the same so we hope that we don't have the same issue. EUROSIMS did give us a discount for our inconvience.

The support from Eurosims was responsive and looks like their helpdesk is there 24/7, responding always within minutes to some issue with had with Three. They took care of our outage problem speedily and efficiently. I would recommend using this company for Europe SIM cards. Compliments to Jay for all the good work.

Landed in Europe with 0 data! Had to pay extra. Very disappointing, apparently they didn’t activate the sim properly. Thats their only job.
